Facts About Ambedkar ParkThis park is based in the heart
of Lucknow city and encompasses a number of vital facts and figures
regarding the park. The total cost required to build this park is
estimated around 7 billion Indian Rupees. More than 2700 professionals
including artists, engineers, designer, and labors were part and parcel
of this gigantic Ambedkar Park project. There are two foundations
discovered in the park, which cost around 30 million INR. You can find
more than three thousand elephants inside the park in different size
statues. The total cost incurred for constructing 64 elephants (made up
of sandstone) is approximately 400 million INR. More than 350 artisans
from Rajasthan have worked tirelessly day in and day out to beautify
this park. Though it is commonly known as Ambedkar Park but its name
was officially changed in May 2000 to Bhimrao Ambedkar Memorial.

This place has four different doors placed in the opposite directions, while it is made in a four-petal based flower. Just at the bottom side of this particular statue you have one a message engraved in Hindi, which says - the Struggle of my life is the only message I have for everyone. Besides you can find a number of statues, which are installed inside it depicting the biography of this great Dalit icon. If you visit during the night time, the view during the dark is incredible, which any tourist will never afford to miss. Indeed it’s a view, which you shouldn’t even think of missing it.
Pratibimb SthalIt is basically the main entry to this incredible park, wherein you can find around 62 elephants being installed side by side in a row at both the ends.
Legal Struggle MemorialThe last one is the memorial, which narrates the long history of different types of struggle including the legal fight, which is still in place for social justice, equality and humanity. This message is conveyed by various articles discovered in this memorial.
Other SectionsAs you move on taking a route via the gateway constructed over the Gomti River, this garden has number of gorgeous stuff to unleash. Facilities at Ambedkar Park LucknowApart from the above named things, you have a good cafeteria inside the Ambedkar Park wherein you can quench your thirst and kill your hunger. Besides, you have a huge parking space, a number of public toilets and other drinking water facilities are sprawled all over this place. You can also enjoy relishing dishes and snacks over the UPSTDC based eateries placed in the central area of this park. Also, you can find a number other restaurants near the park, which cater different dishes. The entry fee is 5 for the kids and 10 for the adults.

the memory of great leader and architect of Indian Constitution - Dr. B R
Ambedkar. As you enter inside the park though its gateway placed near
the Gomti River you come across some of the best architectural grandeur
gorgeously unfolding itself. The park comprising of the rambling
complex, which stands the 112 feet tall memorial, which resembles to a
Stupa of 18 feet tall bronze metal statue of Dr. B R Ambedkar.
